When I reflect on my time at Teddy Buddies, I am amazed at how much I have learnt and experienced in the two years I had been there.
Working with Teddy Buddies, under the leadership of Mrs Dolly Jose, was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. There was never a moment when I had regretted my decision of joining the staff at Teddy Buddies.
I had learnt that the most valuable asset of this school was the staff and I could not be more grateful for the atmosphere that Mr Jose Victor and Mrs Dolly Jose provided us with.
As the saying goes, “No one can whistle a symphony. It takes a whole orchestra to play it.”

While I paced the classrooms, I saw one with the gentleness of a dove, another with a thunderous zeal, and there was one with the vibrancy of a rainbow and then another with the profound strength of a strong cast.
They flashed by me like a lightning, some stopped by to exchange a smile.Amidst the beautiful bunch of children who adorned that place, I missed the tall walls and the tangible things that made the school.
In an hour’s interaction,they led me to the world of their own, where I saw the spark in their eyes to view the world in their frame and beyond, the inquisitiveness magnetized by their quest to learn. If this was not all, every nook and corner of the school echoed their culture, so elegant so much that I was in awe of their place. When the young and old ones were busy with their work,they oozed eloquence and radiance which called aloud the culture they were instilled with.
My lips curved to a gentle smile, for the innocent ones with a passion to evolve as polished pearls, gifted me a wonderful day as a new teacher at Teddy Buddies, to be etched in my memories forever….And ever since then just the way I call Teddy Buddy as my family, it has reciprocated my love for them in much more ways. My stint with Teddy Buddy as a teacher has endowed me with a zillion beautiful memories. While I reminisce with memories supernal, I am super thrilled as Teddy Buddy completes 10 years and I can’t wait to see my family growing for all the good reasons.

My experience at Teddy Buddies has fostered a tremendous personal drive and have helped me to become an independent, self-esteem sufficient and hardworking individual. The primary reason why I decided to pursue this career is because I felt the strong desire to positively influence and educate children as a result of the guidance and training from management. This is a profound way that one could spend a day at work Teddy Buddies is a strong team of teachers and allied professional staff working in synergy and in close partnership with parents and caregivers. The team has always adopted a teaching method in order to fit the needs of the learner. All the teachers here possess an insight, determination and a special approach of love and care for kids, which drives them to go extra mile and nurturing them to reach their optimal potential. Early child education is an important period for children to develop socially and learn skills that prepare them to succeed as students in the future, which Teddy Buddies does, thereby, laying a right foundation. Now that Teddy Buddies marks the culmination of 10 years story – a story that began with a very humble beginnings. As we all know success does not happen by chance or overnight, it is and it is only hard work. My special thanks to Mr. Jose and Mrs. Dolly Jose, it was a pleasure getting to know you. I always have admired the perspective and initiative you take on things and working with you was one of the best part of my life. Your journey is of love and perseverance, which transformed and nurtured the lives of many. It is a great place to work. The whole team is very Friendly, often relaxed atmosphere. No one is ever too busy to help out each other. It is great to work here. Working in another country as an Educator and migrating to home country and finding the same form of job was not quite easy until I step foot into Teddy Buddies Preschool, Vellayambalam. The management, the staff, the families and the children are the gems of this institution. Specially Our Principal and MD, is a great backbone to give us support, encouragement and respect for our moral values. I got hired the next day of the interview with the management and I was greatly impressed with the school, it’s structure and the way children are trained in an internationally accepted level. It is such a great pleasure to work with them. Dolly ma’m has proved to be an amazing leader. She taught me so much as to how more I can improve as an Early Childhood educator. Along with her, all the other staff has always been of great support. Working here is one of the best part of my life. Teddy Buddies Preschool has been and always will be a great place to admit your child in, when you are away for work as it will be your child’s home away from home.
